Utah food blogger raves over Conway restaurant

Brian Child, the editor and founder of the Utah-based food blog Marinate Me Baby, was recently in Conway on business, stopped by a local favorite, and gave rave reviews.

Child found himself at Conway's Rivertown Bistro. From the atmosphere to the food, Child had no complaints with Rivertown.

‘The Parmesan Encrusted Snapper’ – it was divine. The balsamic reduction sauce – I can still taste it today. The Snapper was perched perfectly on an Asparagus Risotto… well, there are very few dishes that I would say were perfect. This was very close.

And Brian, while the phrase, “War between the States” is fine, true South Carolinians prefer "The War of Northern Aggression"...

Marinate Me Baby is more than just a review blog for foodies, they also have some great recipes, like the Raspberry Chipotle Chicken -sounds really good.
