It's National Drink Beer Day!
If having a brew or two on a Friday wasn't already a given, well sir (& ma'am) then there is an especially good reason today.

Today, September 28, 2012, is National Drink Beer Day (NDBD). CNN's Eatocracy has a brief write-up about NDBD in which they wrote in part about how hot craft beer is right now in the states:
The craft beer movement is out of control right now. New breweries are popping up all over the country, archaic state laws are beginning to change that benefit the consumer and brewing community, and sales figures continue to rise by upwards of 15% year after year. It's definitely a great time to be a beer drinker in America.
But today is about beer, right? So if you can't get your hands on a seasonal beer or a fancy craft beer there is the standard American classics like, Budweiser, PBR, or the southern standard Natural Light and of course there's always The Beast.
So knock off work early, get some friends together and have a few. But remember to drink responsibly and make sure to keep this in mind.
