Possible tax break for S.C. businesses hiring jobless

South Carolina legislators are set to debate a bill up today that would give businesses the opportunity to claim a tax credit for employing someone that has been out of work for a minimum of one month.
This could be a huge incentive for South Carolina businesses and could help to lower our 10.5% unemployment rate.
