Every now and then we come across a cool photo, piece of writing or video that isn't classified as news but it is worthy of our town and a mention. Check out this pretty rad skate video featuring some local skaters at the Matt Hughes Skatepark in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Matt Hughes Skate Park is the only public supported skate park in the Grand Strand. While it doesn't get a lot of recognition, this little gem in the City of Myrtle Beach is a haven for skaters looking at honing in on their skills. If you get a chance check it out at 33rd Ave. North at the Doug Shaw Stadium parking area. It's open Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Saturday – Sunday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
