Charleston County deputy arrested following charges of pocketing cash during searches

Former Charleston County sheriff's deputy Troy Leo Capps has been charged following accusation that he swiped some cash found while conducting search warrants. Many reports abound, but the better we've seen is over at The Post and Courier.
