Gov. Haley proclaims May is Teacher Appreciation Month across SC
Governor Nikki Haley issued a statewide proclamation on Thursday, designating May as "Teacher Appreciation Month" across South Carolina.
"When I think of a good teacher, it's someone who shaped you as a person," Gov. Haley said.

Artscapade auctioning art for teachers
