"Nikki Haley is one of the most unpopular Governors in the country. Only 42% of voters approve of the job she's doing to 49% who disapprove. Out of 43 sitting Governors PPP has polled on, that ranks her 35th in popularity.
Haley has pretty solid numbers within her own party. 70% of Republicans approve of the job she's doing to 22% who disapprove. But with Democrats (15/78 approval) and independents (28/57) her numbers are pretty woeful."

Update, December 6, 2012: Last night CCU alumna Testone came back to the Grand Strand.
WBTW reports that Testone performed for an hour and a half to a full house at the Wheel Wright Auditorium. You can watch WBTW's broadcast here, which includes a brief interview with the former American Idol contestant.

#MYR Chick-fil-A to the rescue
A friend recently 'liked' a post on Facebook that caught my attention and thought it was a perfect story for TheDigitel.
The post "liked" was on the national Chick-fil-A Facebook page from a local woman named, Charlotte Boswell. The post, is a pretty awesome story about how one local Chick-fil-A employee at the downtown Myrtle Beach location came to the rescue of a woman in need of a milkshake at 9:00am.
